1. Scope
Providers may be used according to the feature selected. Read this notice together with the available payment methods, Privacy Policy and feature notices. Not using a service should not result in unrelated information being sent to it.
A provider’s independent terms govern its own processing, without replacing LoopVM’s responsibility for information it provides, receives or has processed on its behalf. Material changes in providers, purposes or information require updated notices and applicable procedures.
2. Payment methods and confirmation
After placing an order, select an available channel to receive its payment instructions. Providers may handle amounts, currencies, order references, payment status and refund details. LoopVM uses these for reconciliation, entitlements and disputes and does not require payment passwords.
Payment is confirmed only after verification. Completing a redirect, returning to the client or receiving payment parameters is not proof of payment. If paid without activation, provide the order reference and necessary evidence for investigation.
3. NOWPayments cryptocurrency payments
When you choose NOWPayments, relevant amounts, currencies, order references and processing information enter that service. Its payment pages may process access and transaction information under its own rules. Read its payment instructions and policy and confirm the currency, network, address and deadline.
Blockchain transactions differ from platform order records. Wrong networks, underpayment, expired quotes or provider checks can delay or prevent completion. Refunds and disputes depend on the order, provider rules and applicable law. Do not provide wallet private keys or recovery phrases to LoopVM or support.
4. Zoho email
Zoho delivers account verification codes and necessary service messages. Sending involves the recipient address, message content and necessary delivery data, rather than the complete files inside a virtual device or other unrelated information.
Verification emails serve authentication and are not marketing permission. For processing or delivery questions, contact admin@loopvm.com with the subject and time or other necessary clues, without sending a currently valid code.
5. Cloudflare networking and security
Cloudflare supports domain, network delivery and security infrastructure. Relevant requests may traverse its network and involve IP addresses, times, paths, necessary request content and security events, depending on the services enabled.
Using a network provider does not make personal templates public. Sensitive information should not be put in public links or unnecessary request parameters. Downloads must still enforce account and ownership checks.
6. Files, templates and support attachments
Platform file services store and transfer archives and attachments under their business purpose and access scope. Personal templates are for their owner; official templates follow the published scope. Ordinary users cannot download other users’ private templates.
Storage providers, backups and retention should match the privacy notice. Account details, proxy passwords and device data included in an archive may still be sensitive. Inspect files before uploading rather than relying only on an archive password.
7. Client components and advertising
When advertising is enabled, its provider, display purpose and information processing should be explained. Personalisation, tracking or optional permissions require applicable notices and choices. Declining optional advertising processing should not affect unrelated basic services.
Third-party components should process only necessary information. An advertising configuration does not imply user consent. New components or ad networks processing personal information require verification of categories, triggers and permissions and an updated notice.
8. Requests and contact
Contact admin@loopvm.com about provider purposes, information rights or payment issues. Necessary account and order checks will be performed, with an explanation of what LoopVM can handle and what needs the selected provider’s assistance.
Using a provider does not remove statutory complaint, refund or information rights. Retention, international processing and account closure are addressed in the corresponding Privacy Policy and Terms sections.
