From your first sign-in to creating and using your own Android virtual device.
Create a virtual device
Choose an available Android version and image, then a compatible model or template. Enter a name and confirm creation. Wait for the client to finish before opening the device.
Enter the Android desktop
Open a created device from your virtual-device list. Wait for Android to start, then enter its desktop.
Install and use apps
Install from an app store or APK. Support is checked during installation and updates. Review the reason if an app is unsupported. Open installed apps from the Android desktop.
Use templates and settings
Use official or personal templates and configure features supported by your plan. Choose a compatible model when changing models, then follow the client instructions to apply it.
Handle an order or usage issue
Check the order, device or installation record first. Do not pay twice. Keep the order number, device name and time, then contact support through an in-App ticket.
Need help?
Include the time, steps and error message when reporting an issue. Never include passwords, verification codes or payment secrets in a ticket.
